Your evening begins at 3pm with a drive to a harbour lookout that only our hosts know. No signs. No tourist maps. Just a quiet clifftop where the Bridge frames the Opera House perfectly. Your host opens a bottle of Chandon — the champagne toast happens here, in golden hour, with the whole harbour laid out before you like a painting coming to life.

From there, Barangaroo — Sydney’s newest waterfront precinct. Your host walks you through the food quarter, pointing out the stories behind the restaurants, the chefs who trained in Tokyo and Copenhagen, the produce that arrives by boat from the Hawkesbury River each morning.

Dinner is not a reservation. It’s an introduction. A chef’s table at an invitation-only venue where the menu changes with the tides and the seasons. Multi-course. Wine-paired. Intimate. After dinner, Sydney puts on its night show. A professional photographer joins your group for a ninety-minute masterclass — Opera House sails glowing white against black sky, Bridge pylons reflected in still harbour water, city lights streaming across the surface like liquid gold. You’ll leave with photographs that belong in a gallery.
